O.S.S.

I'm a veteran Speech/Language Pathologist in my 33rd year as an SLP.  31 of those years have been in the public schools.  I'm currently working in my 6th system in 3 states, and am not planning on going anywhere until I retire.
I received my BS in Communicative Disorders from East Tennessee State University, and my M.Ed. in Speech Pathology from Georgia State University.  I hold the Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech Language Hearing Association.
I think I have the best job ever. I'll work until the students don't make me laugh.  Even though I'm in the last stage of my career, I'm enjoying learning new techniques and trying new ways to help my students.
I have a store on Teachers Pay Teachers. You won't find "advertisements" for my products on this blog, but I will share how I use them through some of my posts. On my blog, you'll find a lot of freebies that I found on TpT and ways that I have used the material.

My titles over the past 33 years have been:  Speech Clinician, Speech Therapist, Assistant Manager, Lead Speech Therapist, and Speech/Language Pathologist.  I've worked with a variety of disorders, and a variety of ages.

I've had a personal blog since 2010.  I started reading some speech blogs and realized that I have a lot to offer to these young ladies, so I decided to start this blog in 2013.
Thank you for stopping by and checking it out!
