I haven't had my act together enough to use a book in therapy for a while, but I'm all about it this week! I'm joining Scarlett at Speech is Sweet for her linky party.
The Icky Sticky Frog (Dawn Bentley) is a delightful book about a hungry little frog with an icky sticky tongue. I have to admit: the first time I read it, I thought the ending was a little harsh, but the kids laugh and really like it!
I just happened to make a packet to go along with the book. I've had the book for a long time; I've paired a board game with it before, but wanted to do something a little different this time.

The latter part of the week, we'll play a game, and my students' homework will go right along with the book.
